We arrange all your accommodation, transfer your luggage, and provide you with detailed route maps for each day – all you have to do is choose the holiday which suits you best.
Accommodation
We arrange your stays in quality inns and guesthouses situated in picturesque towns and fishing villages. Accommodation is on a bed and breakfast basis, based on two people sharing a twin or double room. Single occupancy rooms are available at a supplement of £90 per single room per night.
Our preferred accommodation is listed in the itineraries. If these are not available for a particular tour we will confirm an alternative of equivalent quality at the time of booking. We can also arrange for accommodation on the final night of the tour if required – please contact us for prices.
Luggage transfers
We arrange for your luggage to be transported to your accommodation each day, so you don’t have to worry about anything when you’re cycling.
Detailed route maps
We provide you with a touring map of Cornwall, and detailed waterproof route maps showing the suggested route for each day of your tour with step-by-step directions. We also suggest suitable lunch stops and notable landmarks/tourist attractions along the route.
Transfers
Free transfers are available to and from Newquay Airport (excluding Penwith and West Cornwall tours) or selected railway stations (Penzance for Penwith and West Cornwall tours; Bodmin Parkway for all other tours) if required at the beginning and end of your tour.
Car Parking
If arriving in Cornwall by car we will provide a car parking space for the duration of your tour.
Emergency cycle repairs (if hiring)
Emergency repairs or replacement cycles will be supplied if you have a problem with a cycle you have hired through us. Cycle hire is available at the rate of £15 for a standard hybrid, £20 for a road bike, or £40 for an electric cycle, per day cycled on the tour.
Puncture proof tyres
Puncture proof tyres are fitted as standard on all of our hired cycles. Withstanding punctures with a wheel pressure of 100kg, the tyres are resistant to sharp objects under the tread. Impurities on the street, glass splinters, gravel, shells and drawing pins will not puncture the tyre.
Ferries
Many of our tours include a ferry journey as part of the route. Tickets are provided for ferry crossings where this is the case.
Emergency support
Should something go wrong while you’re on your holiday we are only a phone call away – support contact numbers will be issued as part of your welcome briefing.
